Nava Copenhagen I / S receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT. NOTE. If the item was purchased outside the EU, VAT is not charged.

Nava Jewelry I / S uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Nava Copenhagen offers different shipping methods. Delivery depends on the chosen shipping method (See more under delivery). All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. There may be delays in this regard.

Nava Copenhagen I / S is not responsible for an incorrect address, no name on the mailbox, and delays at Postnord.


Non-picked-up packages
Packages that are not picked up at the parcel shop within 14 days will automatically be returned to Nava Copenhagen. We will charge a fee of 100 DKK/ 13,14 EUR for non-picked-up packages, to cover the handling fee, packaging, and administration costs. 

Please note that it won't be considered as a right of return if you do not pick up your package or refuse to accept the package.


Taxes & Duties
All international packages may be subjected to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country and are not included in the cost of the order. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Nava Copenhagen is not responsible for this. 

Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted by the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. We require documentation for the item in question.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product and wear and tear.

Nava Copenhagen will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs must be borne by you.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
Please note that this may change in connection with public holidays and Christmas (See more under return/exchange)

The notice must be given per. mail to In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return form must be completed and enclosed with your item to be returned. You will find the return form under return. You can also make your return form, with the same information as on ours.

The condition of the item when you send it back.
The item must be returned in unused condition. If the item is deemed to have been used, you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the item's commercial value. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

To receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.

Once the item has been received with us, the money is transferred back to the payment card on which the purchase was made. Please note that it can take up to 14 banking days before the money can be seen in the account.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.

It is possible to exchange for a different size, color, or brand new items. If there is a price difference, this will be charged or the balance refunded.

The return form must be completed and sent with the item. Nava Jewelry I / S pays for the shipping costs thereof, as long as the package is sent as a standard letter to postnord (DKK 10). Once the item has been received and exchanged for the desired item, it will take 1-2 working days before you will receive your new item. We send by postnord quick letter.

Customer and privacy policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

For you to agree with Nava Copenhagen I / S, we need the following information:

We register your personal information to be able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Nava Copenhagen I / S and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
