At Nava Copenhagen, we have made it easy for you to return your item if you regret or need to exchange your purchase.

With us, you always have a full right of return of 14 days, during which you can exchange or get the money refunded.

If the item must be exchanged, the return shipping is ALWAYS free. It is possible to exchange for another size, color, credit card or another item. If there is a price difference, this will be charged, or the balance refunded, to the card used for the purchase.

If you want to refund an item, you can purchase a return label from us. The price for a return label depends on the country.
Please note that the package must be sent to us no later than 14 days after the exchange/refund has begun. If it is sent after more than 14 days, the right to return expires.

NOTE: When buying Christmas presents, the exchange period is extended until 7 January. However, be aware that this is the exchange period, which means that you can exchange the item for another item, or receive a credit card. It is therefore not possible to get the money back after more than 14 days.
