Terms and Conditions
Nava Copenhagen I/S accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT. ATTENTION If the item is purchased outside the EU, VAT is not charged.
Nava Copenhagen I/S uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Nava Copenhagen offers GLS/ Postnord as a shipping method. All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. It may occur that there are delays in relation to this. Nava Copenhagen is not responsible for the package after it has been passed on to GLS/ Postnord. If there are delays, lost packages etc., Nava Copenhagen cannot be held responsible.
Nava Copenhagen I/S is not responsible for wrong address, no name on the mailbox and delays.
Packages that are not collected within 7/14 days in parcel shops are automatically returned to Nava Copenhagen. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of DKK 100 for uncollected packages to cover handling, administration costs and packaging. Please note that it is not considered use of the right of withdrawal if you do not collect your package or refuse receipt.
Import and customs clearance
All international orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, fees and charges levied by the destination country and are not included in the cost of the order. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import charges that may arise. Nava Copenhagen takes no responsibility for this.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. We require documentation for the product in question.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product and wear and tear.
Nava Jewelry will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
Please note that this may change in connection with public holidays and Christmas (See more under returns/exchanges)
When buying Christmas presents, the exchange period has been extended until 7 January. However, be aware that this is the exchange period, which means that you can exchange the item for another item, or receive a credit card. It is therefore not possible to get the money back after more than 14 days.
The condition of the item when you send it back.
The item must be returned in unused condition. If the item is deemed to be used, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
When the item has been received by us, the money is transferred back to the payment card on which the purchase was made. Please note that it can take up to 14 banking days before the money can be seen in the account.
Packages sent on cash on delivery or without distribution are not accepted.
It is possible to exchange for a different size, color or brand new item. If there is a price difference, this will be charged, or the balance refunded.
If you wish to exchange an item, this is free of charge. This is done via the return portal during returns and exchanges. Free exchange is only possible within reasonable limits.
It is not possible to use discount codes on items that have already been discounted.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Nava Copenhagen I/S, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Nava Copenhagen I/S and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and the employees of Nava Copenhagen I/S have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with Nava Copenhagen I/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. At https://navacopenhagen/, cookies are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.
We use log statistics on https://navacopenhagen.com/, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they are be left etc.
