Shipping policy

Delivery
Nava Copenhagen offers GLS, PostNord and UPS as shipping methods. All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delays in relation to this may occur. Nava Copenhagen is not responsible for the package after it has been handed over to the carrier. If delays, lost packages etc. occur, Nava Copenhagen therefore cannot be held responsible.

Nava Copenhagen I/S is not responsible for an incorrect address, no name on the mailbox, or delays.

Unclaimed packages
Packages that are not collected within 7/14 days at parcel shops are automatically returned to Nava Copenhagen. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 14 € for unclaimed packages to cover handling, administration costs and packaging. Please note that it does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal if you do not collect your package or refuse to accept it.

Import and customs clearance
All international orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, charges and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the cost of the order. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any import fees that may arise. Nava Copenhagen takes no responsibility for this.
