STORE YOUR JEWELRY IN YOUR NAVA BOXES

When jewelry is stored correctly, it is protected from moisture, scratches and unnecessary wear. The Nava boxes help preserve the shape, shine and finish of your jewelry when it is not in use.

DO NOT SLEEP WITH YOUR JEWELRY ON

When you sleep with jewelry on, it is exposed to unnecessary strain and movement, which can bend the material or weaken settings. To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend taking it off before bedtime.

DO NOT WORK OUT WITH YOUR JEWELRY ON

During exercise, jewelry is exposed to impacts, movement and sweat, which can wear on the material and weaken settings. To protect your jewelry, we recommend taking it off while exercising.

SMALL JEWELRY HACKS

If your click hoop no longer closes

Click hoops made of silver can over time be pushed slightly out of position, as silver is a naturally soft material. This is completely normal and easy to fix – gently push the post back into place until it clicks into the notch again, as shown in the video.
