Return and exchange

At Nava Copenhagen, we make it easy for you to return or exchange your purchase.

You’ll find the return/exchange links at the bottom of the page.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are only available for orders delivered within the EU. We do not accept orders from outside the EU.

14-Day Return Policy

You have a full 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. After that, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
In other words, your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the package, and the return shipment must be sent no later than 14 days after that.
If these deadlines are not met, the right of return is no longer valid.

Free Exchange – One Time Only

If you'd like to exchange your item, the return shipping is free the first time in selected countries.
You can exchange for:

• A different size or color

• A different product of similar value

• A store credit

If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust accordingly.
Any remaining balance will be refunded or sent as a gift card.

Sending Returns

You can choose between using our return portal or arranging return shipping yourself.
If you choose to send it on your own, please contact us in advance at contact@navacopenhagen.com.

Important: Please clearly mark your order number on the outside of the package.
Note: We do not accept returns to pickup points and do not collect parcels from them.

Holiday Gifts

For holiday gifts, we extend the exchange period until January 7.
This only applies to exchanges or store credit – not refunds.
Refund requests follow the standard 14-day return policy from the purchase date.

Gifts with Extended Exchange Period

For gifts purchased outside of the holiday period, we offer a 14-day extended exchange window from the day the gift is given.
If you’d like to use this option, please let us know at the time of purchase – either in the comment section at checkout or by email.
This only applies to exchanges or store credit – not refunds.
