At Nava Copenhagen, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

14-day return policy

You have a full 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. After that, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us. If these deadlines are not met, the right of return is no longer valid.

How to return

Please contact us by email at contact@navacopenhagen.com before sending anything back, and we will send you return instructions.

Return shipping is at your own expense. We do not offer free exchanges on orders delivered to the United States.

Please note: It is important that your order number is clearly written on the package.

Please remember to keep your receipt and tracking number as documentation in case any issues arise.

Items must be returned in unused condition. Once we have received your return, the amount is refunded to the payment card used for the purchase.
