The necklace is part of our Koi collection, which is inspired by the beautiful and colorful koi carp. If your click hoop no longer closes
Click hoops made of silver can over time be pushed slightly out of position, as silver is a naturally soft material. This is completely normal and easy to fix – gently push the post back into place until it clicks into the notch again, as shown in the video.
