Guarantee
You have a two-year warranty on every product you purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or if the products do not look or function as described. We require documentation of the relevant product, such as both photos and videos. Our warranty does not include damage to products caused by improper product care/use, or wear on plating due to use of the jewelry.
We cover return costs within reasonable limits.
If you wish to use your two-year warranty, you can contact us at contact@navacopenhagen.com. You must inform us of your order number, product name, quantity of items, and the defect of the product, along with photos and video.
Once your claim has been approved, you can, by agreement, create the claim here and send the item back to us.
