Return and exchange

At Nava Copenhagen, we make it easy for you to return or exchange your purchase.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are only available for orders delivered within the EU.

14-day return policy

You have a full 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. After that, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

In other words, your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the package, and the return shipment must be sent no later than 14 days after that. If these deadlines are not met, the right of return is no longer valid.

Free exchange – one time only

If you would like to exchange your item, the return shipping is free the first time in selected countries. You can exchange for:

A different size or color
A different product of similar value
Store credit

If there is a price difference, we will of course adjust accordingly:

Any remaining balance will be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase or issued as a gift card.
If the new item is more expensive, we will send you a payment request for the difference.

Sending returns

We recommend using our return portal, which you can find via the link at the bottom of the page.

Please note: It is important that your order number is clearly written on the package.

Important: We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops and are unable to collect them from such locations.

Please remember to keep your receipt and tracking number as documentation in case any issues arise.

Christmas gifts

For Christmas gifts, we extend the exchange period until January 7. This only applies to exchanges or store credit – not refunds. Refund requests follow the standard 14-day return policy from the purchase date.

Gifts and extended exchange period

For gifts purchased outside the Christmas period, we offer an extended exchange period of 14 days from the day the gift is given. If you would like to use this option, please let us know at the time of purchase – either in the comment field at checkout or by email. This only applies to exchanges or store credit – not refunds.
