Unclaimed packages
Packages that are not collected within 7/14 days in parcel shops are automatically returned to Nava Copenhagen. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 14€ for uncollected packages to cover handling, administration costs and packaging. Please note that it is not considered use of the right of withdrawal if you do not collect your package or refuse receipt.
Import and customs clearance
