Product care

FOR YOUR JEWELRY IN 925 STERLING SILVER

AVOID WATER AND MOISTURE

Water and moisture can seep into the joints of the jewelry and over time lead to discoloration and oxidation. Moisture can also weaken glue and settings, which may cause pearls and stones to loosen or fall out.

DO NOT WASH YOUR HANDS OR SHOWER WITH YOUR JEWELRY ON

Water, soap and other cleansing products can wear on the surface of the jewelry and cause its shine and finish to fade over time. To protect your jewelry, we recommend taking it off before washing your hands and showering.

AVOID PERFUMES AND CREAMS DIRECTLY ON THE JEWELRY

Perfumes and creams may contain ingredients that affect the surface and finish of the jewelry. To preserve the look of your jewelry, we recommend applying products before putting your jewelry on.

STORE YOUR JEWELRY IN YOUR NAVA BOXES

When jewelry is stored correctly, it is protected from moisture, scratches and unnecessary wear. The Nava boxes help preserve the shape, shine and finish of your jewelry when it is not in use.

DO NOT SLEEP WITH YOUR JEWELRY ON

When you sleep with jewelry on, it is exposed to unnecessary strain and movement, which can bend the material or weaken settings. To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend taking it off before bedtime.

DO NOT WORK OUT WITH YOUR JEWELRY ON

During exercise, jewelry is exposed to impacts, movement and sweat, which can wear on the material and weaken settings. To protect your jewelry, we recommend taking it off while exercising.

SMALL JEWELRY HACKS

If your click hoop no longer closes

Click hoops made of silver can over time be pushed slightly out of position, as silver is a naturally soft material. This is completely normal and easy to fix – gently push the post back into place until it clicks into the notch again, as shown in the video.

From idea to jewelry

All our jewelry begins with us in Odense. Here we develop and design every piece ourselves – from the first ideas and sketches to the small details that define the finished piece.

Once the design is in place, it is crafted by our carefully selected partners in the East, with whom we work closely on quality, materials and finish.

For us, it is about creating jewelry that feels special, yet is made to be worn again and again.
