Return & exchange 1

1. Send an email to contact@navacopenhagen.com and let us know that you want to return an item. Remember to state your name, order number and item you want returned.
2. You must print and fill in the return form. You can find it at the bottom of this page, or make a similar one yourself.
3. Make sure that the item you want to return is packed securely.
4. Put the return formula in your package together with the piece of jewellery.
5. Send the package to our address or get a return label from us (55 DKK):

6. As soon as we have received your item, you will receive an email confirmation. You must pay the shipping costs yourself. If you have used a return label from us, we will deduct DKK 55 from your refund

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange an item within the 14-day return period, you can follow these instructions:

1. Send an email to contact@navacopenhagen.com and let us know that you want to exchange an item. Include your name, order number and which item you want exchanged.
2. We will send you a return label that you must use (free of charge).
3. Make sure that the item you want to exchange is packed properly.
4. You must print and fill in the return form. You can find it at the bottom of this page, or make a similar one yourself.
5. Put the return formula in your package together with the piece of jewellery.
6. Put the return label on the package and hand it in at a GLS package shop.
7. Once we have received the package, we exchange it for the desired product and send it back to you.

Christmas gifts:

When buying Christmas presents, the exchange period has been extended until 7 January.
